Party packages are a good fit for birthdays, youth groups, sports teams, homeschool groups, family celebrations, and private group outings.
Choose your party length:
60 minutes of VR gameplay + 30 minutes to celebrate
Weekday $325 · Weekend $375
Peak times (e.g. Friday evenings and weekends) count as weekend pricing.

Peak times (e.g. Friday evenings and weekends) count as weekend pricing.
VR gameplay is reserved for up to six designated players. Additional guests may attend the celebration portion, but players do not rotate during the gameplay session.
For larger groups, contact us about a custom rotating-session event.
Know Before You Book
Our arena currently supports up to 6 players at one time. This keeps the experience comfortable, safe, and smoother for the group.
Larger groups may still be possible with back-to-back sessions or rotating gameplay, depending on the event type, day, and time — contact us and we'll plan a format for your headcount.
Non-playing guests are welcome for party packages, but space is limited.
Celebrate Your Way
Party packages may bring outside cake, cupcakes, snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks.
We provide plates, napkins, and utensils with party packages.
Simple decorations are welcome as long as they are easy to set up and remove.

Cake, snacks, gifts, decorations, and reserved table time require a party package. Regular gameplay bookings are for groups who plan to play and leave afterward.

Yes. Party packages reserve the full space during your event block, so no unrelated public bookings are scheduled during your reserved time.
Up to 6 players can play at one time. Larger groups may be possible with back-to-back sessions or rotating gameplay, depending on the event type and schedule.
Non-playing guests do not pay for gameplay, but space is limited — tell us your total guest count when you inquire and we'll plan around it.
VR escape rooms are generally best for ages 13+. Some mini games and adventure-style experiences may be available for ages 7+, depending on the game and group.
Book online — pay in full or a 50% deposit; the rest is due at your party.
7 days or more before your party — cancel for a refund of what you paid, less any non-refundable payment processing fees, or reschedule at no extra charge.
3–6 days before your party — payments are non-refundable, but the full amount can move to one new party date.
Less than 72 hours before your party — payments are non-refundable and the party can't be rescheduled. No-shows receive no refund and cannot be rescheduled.
Any rescheduled party must take place within 90 days of the original party date and is subject to availability.
If Warp Zone must cancel your party, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
This policy applies to private birthday party bookings only. Pay-per-person birthday outings follow our standard gameplay cancellation policy.
