Our arena currently supports up to 6 players at one time. Larger corporate groups can be scheduled with rotating sessions or a custom event format.
Small team sessions start at $250. Full private corporate events are quoted based on group size, day, time, and event length.

Corporate and team events may bring outside snacks, boxed lunches, and non-alcoholic drinks.
We provide plates, napkins, and utensils, and reserved table space can be part of your event plan.

Yes. Full-space private events are available, or keep it simple with a private gameplay session while the venue stays open.
Snacks, boxed lunches, and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome. Skip alcohol and warming trays — and mention catering plans in your inquiry so we can reserve the table space.
Small team gameplay sessions start at $250. Full private corporate events are quoted based on group size, day, time, and event length.
No — only players count toward gameplay. Space is limited, so include your total headcount (players plus spectators) in the inquiry.
Absolutely. Our staff handles headset setup and a quick orientation — no gaming experience needed, and we'll match game formats to your group.
Two or more weeks ahead is ideal for evening and weekend slots, but reach out either way — we'll do our best to accommodate shorter timelines.
14 days or more before your event — cancel for a refund of what you paid, less any non-refundable payment processing fees, or reschedule at no extra charge.
7–13 days before your event — payments are non-refundable, but the full amount can move to one new event date.
Less than 7 days before your event — payments are non-refundable and the event can't be rescheduled. No-shows receive no refund and cannot be rescheduled.
Any rescheduled event must take place within 90 days of the original event date and is subject to availability.
If Warp Zone must cancel your event, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
