At Warp Zone, our arena currently supports up to 6 players at one time. Larger corporate groups can be scheduled with rotating sessions or a custom event format.
Small team sessions start at $250. Full private corporate events and mobile events are quoted based on group size, day, time, event length, and event needs.

We provide plates, napkins, and utensils, and reserved table space can be part of your event plan.

How does booking a corporate event work?
Tell us about your event with the form below. We'll reply within 1 business day to build the right format for your group and confirm the details with a quote.
How many people can play at once?
Up to 6 players can play at one time. Larger teams rotate through back-to-back sessions or a custom event format — tell us your headcount and we'll plan around it.
Can we rent the full space?
Yes. Full-space private events are available, or keep it simple with a private gameplay session while the venue stays open.
Can we bring food or catering?
Snacks, boxed lunches, and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome. Skip alcohol and warming trays — and mention catering plans in your inquiry so we can reserve the table space.
What does a corporate event cost?
Small team gameplay sessions start at $250. Full private corporate events and mobile events are quoted based on group size, day, time, event length, and event needs.
Do non-playing guests pay?
No — only players count toward gameplay. Space is limited, so include your total headcount (players plus spectators) in the inquiry.
Is VR beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. Our staff handles headset setup and a quick orientation — no gaming experience needed, and we'll match game formats to your group.
How far in advance should we book?
Two or more weeks ahead is ideal for evening and weekend slots, but reach out either way — we'll do our best to accommodate shorter timelines.
Can Warp Zone come to our location?
Yes. Mobile VR events are available for select corporate, team, and community events. Tell us about your location, group size, space available, and event date in the inquiry below and we'll determine the best setup for your space.
What is the cancellation policy for corporate events?
14 days or more before your event — cancel for a refund of what you paid, less any non-refundable payment processing fees, or reschedule at no extra charge.
7–13 days before your event — payments are non-refundable, but the full amount can move to one new event date.
Less than 7 days before your event — payments are non-refundable and the event can't be rescheduled. No-shows receive no refund and cannot be rescheduled.
Any rescheduled event must take place within 90 days of the original event date and is subject to availability.
If Warp Zone must cancel your event, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
